COVID-19 info:

MK Zobor Nitra as the organizer of the mass event Nitra Model 2021 respecting the Decree of Public Health of the Slovak Republic no. 241 of 12 August 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree"), which prescribes measures in the event of a threat to public health to limit mass events, we have taken the following measures::

The Nitra Model 2021 modeling exhibition and competition will take place on October 16, 2021 in in OTP mode

Curret situauton:

The district of Nitra has been in RED since October 11, 2021

Who will be allowed to enter?
For OTP persons.

How are OTPs and people vaccinated defined?

Citation of the Decree: A person in the regime vaccinated, tested or overcome the COVID-19 disease (hereinafter referred to as the “person in the OTP regime”) is considered for the purposes of this Decree.

  • a) a person fully vaccinated,
  • b) a person who is able to demonstrate a negative COVID-19 test result not older than 72 hours after collection in the case of RT-PCR or LAMP test or 48 hours after collection in case of antigen test, or
  • c) the person has contracted COVID-19 in a period not exceeding 180 days ago.

DFor the purposes of this Decree, the following is considered to be a fully vaccinated person:

  • a) a person at least 14 days after the administration of the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine with a two-dose schedule,
  • b) a person at least 21 days after the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine with a single dose schedule,
  • c) a person at least 14 days after the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, if the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine was administered within 180 days of the COVID-19 disease being overcome, or
  • d) a person under 12 years of age.

Do I need a drape or respirator?
District of Nitra will be / is RED - use of a respirator is mandatory (regulated by Decree No. 250)

What else?
Common things like disinfection, keep 2m intervals and no handshakes.

Will access be checked?

We will check the validity of tests or Covid passports. It will be ideal if you have a valid CovidPas (it also includes Ag / PCR tests). Children under 12 need age confirmation (eg insurance card)

Do I have to register online?
But you don't have to .... Due to the event in OTP mode, we have to limit the number of visitors who can be at the venue at one time. Online registration is possible until capacity is filled. We will inform you about the possible filling of the capacity. Entry will be preferred as follows:

1. persons who have online registered models

2. persons who bring models (registered on site)

3. persons without models

Registration of children who will be accompanied: when logging in online, fill in the names of the accompanying people in the comment. (we will contact those already registered)

Do I have to bring the model (s) when I register online?
Yes, don't go without a covidpas and model :-), thanks.

Does it make sense to come if the capacity is filled by online login?
Yes he has, we do not expect all modelers with models to be at the venue at all times. Some may not be able to come. It will no longer be possible to register other modellers with models - we would not be able to announce the results.

Will I get to the results announcement?
We will control the maximum number of modelers with models so that you are no more than the maximum capacity.

 

What does that mean to me?
Register online for the event as soon as possible and bring models, this way you can be sure. If the capacity is filled by online login, entry until 10:30 will be for registered users only. Later, everyone will be allowed up to the maximum capacity.

We ask for your patience, leniency and respect for the organizers' instructions.

We would like to warn the participants of the Championships of Slovakia primary school students that persons under 12 years of age are considered vaccinated, persons older than 12 years. are governed by the rules for adults.
